Our Approach
Erin's approach to speech therapy focuses on the child’s natural communication environment, primarily at home, where they feel most comfortable and engaged. She believes that therapy is most effective when it involves both the child and their family, creating opportunities for communication during everyday routines. By partnering with parents and caregivers, Erin helps them implement strategies to foster communication outside of therapy, ensuring that progress continues to grow beyond each session.
What drives Erin’s passion for speech therapy is the chance to collaborate closely with families, coaching them on how to support their child’s development daily. She values the teamwork between therapist, parent, and child, understanding that this collaboration is key to long-term success. Erin is committed to creating personalized, compassionate therapy plans that cater to each child’s unique needs and goals, ensuring that communication skills are developed in meaningful, lasting ways.
